"Yeah, I know it was cut by the legislature."

"The Infrastructure sector isn't getting funds appropriated to them because the States have not submitted a coordinated development plan to DOI."
"So Public Works is taking our FY 07 budget."
"Basically, yeah."
"Why are they doing that?"
"I don't know."
"Shouldn't they submit their plans so that they can get Infrastructure sector funds, which gets like the 3rd highest amount of funding of all the Compact sectors?"
"Yeah."
"So we're getting punished for them not submitting their plans. And the National Government Project Management Unit is getting paid over $3 million to do nothing."
"Basically, yeah."
"Why are they doing that?"
"I don't know."

"Except the Wed flight, comes from Guam in the morning, goes to Palau, goes to Philippines, back to Palau, and then to Yap, bringing us bread, then back to Guam. All during the day. Now the Wed flight will be Thursday morning."
"So they're cancelling a flight?"
"No, the Wed flight will now actually be on Thursday. The 'Thursday' flight is actually on Friday morning."
"So now all flights will be in the wee hours of the morning."
"Basically, yeah."
